Project & Refit Management
We understand that meticulous planning is fundamental to a successful project. Our extensive knowledge of shipbuilding and repair is enriched by industry collaborations and a dynamic, energetic approach to sourcing innovative solutions.
Our strategy focuses on:
- Quality Assurance
Using the latest software we provide a detailed worklist that will serve as our constant reference to contractual specifications. This robust approach combined with outstanding partnerships with leading shipyards and industry experts guarantees that all mission targets are met and of course, ensures compliance with Class and Flag requirements.
- Budget Control
We ensure costs are maintained and allocated according to budget. On our client’s behalf we secure the best quality tender packages and quotations and our experience and portfolio forms the backbone of our budget control management. Our policy of committed, open and transparent communications includes advice/seek/approval for any costs due to emergent works beyond the original contract. Regular income statements and refit reports reassure the relevant parties that the project goals are continually met and often improved upon.
- Time Management & Scheduling
Our litmus test of the project’s success is to hold regular, structured progress meetings and report to lead personnel. We stand firm in the belief that a coherent line of communication is essential to guarantee that works conform to schedule. Our clear and accurate reports provide our clients the reassurance that the project is on target to complete within parameters of the contract.
